Our company offers services to entrepreneurs in the private and public spheres, in all the engineering fields: public buildings, housing, offices, infrastructure, development etc.

• Assessments to determine if the project is worthwhile, preparation of the start-up report, dealing with authorities, communication with the varied advisors, management of the planning with the input of the advisors, determination of schedules and follow-up, control of the preparation of the tenders and their distribution, choosing the contractors, close supervision of the contractor’s work, quality control, management of the work schedule of the project, budgetary control, management of the administration, delivering the project to the initiators and the clients, obtaining the building permits, examination of the contractors’ final accounts, management of negotiations dealing with irregularities and certifications, full follow–up and oversight during the first year after completion of construction. 
• Services are adjusted to the precise needs of each initiator and/or project. 
• The administration of the project is done personally by the joint-manager of our company –  Lior Ben Artzi, and includes, control of all the varying stages of the work, and looking out for the interests of the initiator.

In the course of the project the initiator is given current monthly reports that include: 

Data on the progress of the project, the schedule, the budget, issues being handled and special problems.
